If your municipality, fire district, insurer, or IT provider requires a vendor security questionnaire, send the current form. CTS answers security questions using information from the deployed platform and the proposed scope.
Access: Authentication, user roles, and separation from public sites.
Department data: Department information, customer-specific integrations, and data-handling questions related to the proposed scope.
Architecture: Hosting and platform design information appropriate to municipal technical review without exposing secrets or credentials.
